Cyril is a UK based endurance “TrYathletes” i.e somebody who likes to try out different challenges and sports purely for the fun of it.  In the last ten years he has competed in and completed a vast array of events ranging from the strange (Tough Guy) to the ridiculous (World Champion Bog Snorkeling).

In addition to novelty events he has successfully completed around 50 marathons and multi day ultra-marathons, (including the Marathon Des Sables) and some 50 triathlons (including 5 Ironmans), 1 relay ultra-triathlon (The London to Paris Enduro Triathlon) and many shorter distance triathlons. Long distance walking in the form of the Camino de Santiago is his current focus and passion as it provides all that he seeks in terms of adventure and reward.
