Meet the Alphas

Laraine Wyn Jones

Laraine is a part time adventurer, who loves the outdoors and likes to fit in as much action as possible around a full time job.

Laraine is a more enthusiastic than talented runner, mountain biker, climber and hiker and loves nothing better than spending time outside, pushing herself to her limits – low as they may be! Whether it's cycling 140 miles offroad to the Welsh coast (and falling off nine times in the process), winter climbing in the Scottish mountains (whilst discovering a fear of heights), running a (very slow) marathon or just  hiking locally in her beloved Shropshire, Laraine fits this all in around a full time job, working for an international IT company.

You can find out more about her adventures on her website.
