Self Care for the Self Aware. Meet Inner Workout.

Inner Workout is the brainchild of Taylor Elyse Morrison. She’s on a mission to help others beat burnout through sustainable self-care practices through building the skill of self-care.

Inspired by the yogic concept of koshas, or layers of being, the Inner Workout blends movement, breathwork, journaling, and meditation.

The koshas informed their five dimensions of wellbeing, which are the foundation of everything they do.
